German Pancakes

Aunt Marilyn Pancakes (aka German Pancakes)

Batter

1 dozen eggs

1 cup flour

1 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla a pinch of salt

1/2 cube of margarine

Over the top

powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and get out lumps.  Place margarine in 9x13 pan and place in oven until it’s melted.   Take out of oven and pour mixture into pan and then return to the oven.  Bake for 30 mintues, remove from oven and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
